Who manages WordPress updates and security?

If you’re on my maintenance plan, I manage it—updates, security scanning, backups, monitoring, and issue resolution.
If you’re also on my WP Engine hosting, WP Engine handles the server-side hosting security and infrastructure, and I handle the WordPress side (core/plugin/theme updates, monitoring, and fixes).

Can you provide examples of websites that your company designed?

Yes, besides all the design found on the Portfolio page I can also send additional examples of work.

Can you create a logo for my site?

Yes, I have an excellent, experienced logo designer.

Do you custom design websites or use pre-made templates?

I typically design with a theme that has a “Builder” plugin, such as the Divi theme, Elementor Pro, Avada, and others. Using a builder, I can custom build your site and typically stay within budget.

Do you have case studies that show the results your web designs provided for businesses?

Yes, I have case studies and would be happy to send them your way for review.

What happens if I don’t like the initial design?

I typically offer a primary and a secondary round of designs.

How do you price your services?

Depending on the project, the flat rate will vary. I offer blocks of hours at discounted rates as well. I don’t charge an arm and a leg because it’s just me in the studio. The best scenario is that you come in under budget and I deliver early.

How flexible is your schedule?

Since I don’t have an internal team to manage I can potentially rearrange my schedule if the scenario arrises. There are no guarantees and I may need to charge an additional fee, depending on the situation. Having a well planned schedule is always best.
