Sonnenberg Design is a one-person studio with a Claude operations partner. That means the same person you book the call with does the work you book it for. No account manager, no design lead handoff, no project coordinator. Aaron’s the technical lead, the designer, the lead developer, and the relationship contact. The trade-off is calendar fit — we onboard slowly and run fewer clients than a typical agency. That’s the point.
