ADA Scans started as monthly accessibility work for Mountain Mike’s Pizza and got formalized into a productized offering anyone can subscribe to. Lead Engine started as a custom B2B pipeline for Unique Living Solutions and grew into a multi-tenant lead-gen platform. The pattern repeats: real client need + internal infrastructure + productization. The build pillar is what year 10 looks like.
