Terms and Conditions
These terms cover SD Site Alerts, the text message program run by Sonnenberg Design, Inc. (“Sonnenberg Design”, “we”). Last updated September 28, 2026.
SD Site Alerts text messages
What the program is. SD Site Alerts sends automated text messages to Sonnenberg Design team members when a website we host or maintain stops responding to visitors, and again when it comes back. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and the program is not offered to the public.
How you opt in. You join by texting START to (833) 698-8844 from your own phone. Joining is voluntary, and we never add a number to the program on anyone’s behalf.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with website outages. Many days have none.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have opted out. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy. Mobile numbers and text message opt-in information are used only to run this program. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
