How I handle your data

Building and running your brand system means a small set of tools touch your data. Most studios won’t tell you which ones. Here’s the full list, plus the promises I make about it. When the list changes, you’ll know.

// THE PROMISES

What I commit to

These are in every client agreement. Stated here so you don’t have to take my word for it in private.

  • Your data is yours. The work I produce belongs to you, and so does everything that goes into it.
  • Anthropic doesn’t train on it. Claude is my operations partner, but your content, code, and records aren’t used to train its models.
  • It stays in the working relationship. I don’t share your data outside the tools below and the work we’re doing together. No selling, no list-building, no surprises.
  • You’ll know before the list changes. If I add a tool that touches your data, I’ll tell you.

What this page isn’t

I’m a studio, not a software platform, so you won’t find a compliance portal, a login wall, or a wall of certifications here. Just an honest list, kept current. If you have a question about how your data is handled, or you need a signed data-processing agreement, ask me directly — that’s the whole point of putting this in the open.
