Monthly accessibility scans, real code-level fixes, $250/month.
Most accessibility services fall into two camps: overlay widgets that inflate scores without fixing anything underneath, or mid-market agencies charging $1,000+ a month for compliance reviews. This sits between. Monthly automated WCAG scan, a PDF audit report within five business days, 2.5 hours of actual code-level remediation each month, and a quarterly trend chart so you can show progress to anyone who asks. You don’t lift a finger.
Five things, every month.
A WCAG scan covering every page on your site (with templated content sampled, not exhaustively crawled, to stay efficient). Powered by the SD ADA Scanner workflow on n8n. Scope is tailored per client — page-type coverage, location or template sampling, exclusions.
Headline stats, prioritized fix list, clean-pages roster, and a methodology footer. Designed to be readable by non-technical stakeholders. Easy to forward.
Each month, the highest-priority issues from the report get fixed. Theme-wide fixes are prioritized over page-specific ones — one CSS change, dozens of pages improved. Real WordPress theme and CSS work, not JavaScript injection.
Once the fixes are deployed, a verification scan confirms the issues are resolved. Counts move; pass rate rises.
Every three months, a trend report shows errors / contrast / alerts over time, plus pages improved versus regressed. Easy to hand to anyone asking about your compliance posture.
Honest about the edges.
The monthly fee covers a defined scope: a scan, a report, 2.5 hours of code fixes, a re-scan, a quarterly trend chart. Anything past that — new page builds, major design overhauls, manual user-testing audits, VPAT documentation — is billed against your existing block-of-hours retainer at your block rate, or quoted ad-hoc as a project. We quote in advance.
Third-party plugin compliance is the client’s responsibility because we don’t have code access to vendor-controlled widgets. We’ll flag the issue in the report; remediation goes back to the plugin vendor.
Legal compliance certification, ADA litigation response, and formal VPAT documentation are explicitly out of scope. We’re a design and engineering studio, not a law firm.

Real fixes, not overlay widgets. Predictable pricing, not custom quotes.
Overlay widgets inflate accessibility scores by adding decorative ARIA without fixing the underlying markup. They’re defensible to a layperson and indefensible in a real compliance review. Real remediation works at the source: theme CSS, template markup, semantic structure.
WORDPRESS-NATIVE · THEME-LEVEL · AUDITABLEOverlay widgets run $59–$150/mo for cosmetic compliance. Mid-market agencies charge $1,000+ for the same monthly cadence. This sits cleanly between. No discovery call to surface a custom quote.
FLAT MONTHLY · NO HIDDEN SCOPEClient doesn’t lift a finger. We scan, fix, report, repeat. After three months you have a documented compliance trend you can hand to a stakeholder, a board, a legal team, or anyone else who asks where you stand.
